Healthy No Protein Powder Pancakes (still has high protein)

Recipe / Ingredients

  • 12 Tablespoons (184g) Liquid Egg Whites (or 4 Large Egg Whites/2 Large Eggs)
  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup (116g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons (28g) Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener (or 1 Tablespoon Honey/Brown Rice Syrup)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
