Going on a diet can be tough, especially if you are a sweet tooth craving that sugar rush! Well, we've just made your life a lot easier. Check out our Chocolate Fudge Protein Balls - low calorie and the right macros, you'll fill up on what your body thinks is a sweet treat without breaking your diet! They can last all week and only take a few minutes to make, with 6 simple and long-lasting ingredients.
This recipe is gluten free and can be dairy free as well if you use collagen, soy, vegetable or any alternative protein powder - just make sure it's Chocolate flavoured!
Step 1 - Setup a food processor, adding in the Chocolate Protein Powder, Cocoa Powder, Peanut Butter and Natural Sweetener.
Step 2 - Combine the first 4 ingredients for around 30 seconds, or until the peanut butter and protein powder have combined well.
Step 3 - Add small doses of almond milk to the mixture, processing after each dose to thicken the mixture and combine all ingredients.
Only a small amount of almond milk is necessary, however adding more milk will make the mixture softer. It's all subject to personal preference!
Step 4 - Add in the Coconut Flour to the mixture, processing a final time and ensuring the mixture has an even consistency and no flour is visible.
Step 5 - Take small pieces of the mixture and roll between hands into small balls. The recipe should make between 15-20 balls.
Step 6 - Store in the fridge for up to a week, and enjoy at any time of the day!
