Coconut youghurt is not only delicious, but it is a great alternative to standard dairy yoghurt. It's lactose free, gluten free, soy free and comparably low in calories with lower sugar (carbs) per serving. It still packs a punch with plenty of calcium and magnesium.
Combine the sweetness of banana and berries with the crunch of muesli and top it off with the smooth, rich flavour of coconut youghurt - beautiful!
These Coconut Yoghurt and Muesli bowls will last in the fridge for several days, so prep ahead for a sweet treat during the week.

Step 1 - Peel Bananas. Slice Banana and Strawberries into thin slices. Set aside.
Step 2 - Pour 100g of Coconut Yoghurt into each container.
Step 3 - Pour 50g of Muesli on top of Coconut Yoghurt.
Step 4 - Add 50g of Strawberries slices to each container.
Step 5 - Add 50g of Banana slices to each container.
Step 6 - Add 50g of Blueberries to each container.
Step 7 - Place Undeniable Meal Prep Containers in the fridge for days, stirring the contents around when ready to serve!
