Domestic Shipping Australia wide is dynamically pulled depending on your location from Australia Post.
We use Australia Post to ship all orders and give all customers $15 off all shipping and only charge the difference between the $15 & how much Australia post charges to get the item to your location.
Example: Aus Post Shipping to your location is $25 we will only charge $10.
All International (non-Australian) orders incur a shipping charge and will be sent via Express International Post. Depending on weight the shipping cost might increase.
1 Day Handling.
Shipping Generally takes 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Express Shipping, however, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. International shipping may take between 7-14 business days depending on where you're ordering from.

Yes. All of the Undeniable Meal Containers are BPA Free, Microwave safe, Dishwasher Safe, Leak Proof & Freezable
The Undeniable Meal Containers are 14.25 cm long x 9.5 cm wide x 7.0 cm deep (5.7 inches x 3.8 inches x 2.8 inches) with a volume of 800mL (27 ounces).
Atlas - meal prep bag main compartment is 19 cm x 23 cm x 16 cm (7.5 in x 9 in x 6.2 in) and the two side compartments are 9 cm x 14 cm x 17.5 cm (3.5 in x 5.5 in x 6.8 in).
Motion - meal prep bag main compartment is 21.5 cm x 14 cm x 25.4 cm (8.5 in x 5.5 in x 10 in).
The Atlas Meal Prep Bag can store up to 4 Meal Prep Containers.
Motion Meal Prep Bag can store 3 Meal Prep Containers comfortably.
The Atlas has 4 compartments in addition to the main meal holding area and the Motion has an additional 2 small compartments.
Both bags have two elastic net drink holders and can store plenty of little extras.

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases).
What is Covered Under Warranty?
Manufacture defects, defective in materials or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks).
**Damages not covered by the warranty include misuse and abuse of the product. Example are stained fabrics, scratched materials & broken mesh pockets from over filling.
Limitations:
All Valid Bags are entitled to 1 free replacement bag in the 2 year period. The Replacement Bags do not come with this same warranty and are not eligible for the 2 year warranty. All you will need to do is cover the cost of shipping and we will take care of sending you out a replacement.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Undeniable will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange for the full value of the purchased product provided that:
You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and The item is shipped or returned to our warehouse in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).
If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, Undeniable may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with a refund to the current value of the item, provided that:
The item is shipped or returned to our warehouse in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Undeniable.
